Oh, Seattle and your gray, dreary days. They never seem to let up. It’s been gray for so long I forget what golden light LOOKS LIKE!
As your Bothell Family Photographer, the “gray season” is painful because I rely on natural light — that beautiful, golden light, especially — to make art and money. As a result, the gray days have me dreaming in color. When my husband sent me this beautiful bouquet, I felt bright and cheerful. I reminded myself that spring and summer are on the horizon.
Soon the sunshine will be here…and once more I’ll get the privilege of finding inspiration in our great outdoors and photographing the precious connections that make us unique. Until then, I’ll be staying creative with personal work.
What are you doing to stay creative this gray season? What fills up your heart and soul? Show me here.
